Who we are
CapEx Engine is owned and operated by MALIKA GUPTA, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use https://capexengine.in and the CapEx Engine application (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
CapEx Engine lets you design a warehouse or factory layout, simulate automation in it, and estimate the investment's cost, savings and payback. Optional AI features read photos you upload to suggest a layout.
Results are estimates
Simulations and financial figures are models built from the information you enter and from typical equipment data. They are estimates, not guarantees of real-world performance. Check them before you make a purchase or investment decision; the decision is yours.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. If you are under 18, use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Builder, Professional) are prepaid month by month in Indian rupees through our payment partner Cashfree Payments. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at /pricing; a launch price, where shown, applies to the first month only. Nothing renews automatically: a paid month runs for 30 days, and if you don't renew, your account moves to Free after a 3-day grace period. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Fair use
"Unlimited" features are subject to fair-use limits so the service stays fast for everyone. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, resell it, or upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Projects, designs and reports you create are yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you. Team members you invite can open (and, if you allow it, edit) your projects.
Our content
The software, its models and the website belong to us. You may use them only through the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe (with daily backups), but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using the results, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and we tell account holders by email about important changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
